International multi award winning orchestra conductor and leader turned psychologist, Christopher brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from a concert hall to the corporate boardroom. Advising organizations to mentoring leaders with his rich experience as a Strategic Leader to bring about organizational and personal excellence.

A firm believer in people being the life force of an organization, Christopher consults for organizations to build and better their existing Leadership & Talent Resource and Organizational Development Strategies. His prior clinical experience has provided him with the cutting edge knowledge and competency to understand the human behavioral and motivational aspects that has an impact on businesses.

As a domain expert in Multicultural Issues and Diversity Inclusion Chris was appointed by the Ministry of Manpower Singapore to develop part of the national framework and curriculum for human capital development in Singapore. He trains in the Chief People Officer program here in Singapore. Christopher is also the author and module chair for the multicultural issues in counseling, a core program for the honors and postgraduate school at the Singapore Institute of Management University (UniSIM). Today, many of his academic courseware are used and taught in universities in Australia and the United States.

Currently working on his Doctoral thesis " Towards a structured framework for exploring and analyzing diversity and multicultural issues"

As a member of the renowned American Psychologist Association (APA), his international portfolio includes advising on advocacy, policy and leadership to the Association. Added to that, traveling all over Greater Asia as a conference speaker and academic lecturer.
